It's funny, when I first learned about EFT, it seemed so strange and 'out there'. Now, it is second nature to me. I'm still learning new ways to use EFT and will share those that are appropriate and effective. Did you know? EFT done in groups is not only fun and effective, but you don't have to be the person with the issue to receive results! In a group setting, we all 'borrow the benefits' from the person with the issue! How cool is that?!
It is so easy to get wrapped up in our work, our problems and all things not so great in the world, we may forget to play. To let go and be creative.
