Getting Started
Congratulations! You’ve made a great choice to learn EFT! Here are a couple of quick steps to get you started:

Step 2 - If you are completely new to EFT, begin with EFT Basics before moving on to other sessions.
These sessions will be of great value in helping you remove blocks and in bringing forth more specific events & core issues. You can then use EFT to release the negative beliefs and emotions around those core issues.
Using the Sessions These files are streaming flash video, just click the link to run. Be patient, depending on your computer and type of connection it may take a few minutes for these to load and begin.
For optimal viewing, use the full screen view from your tool bar. Use the tool bar below each flash to advance, start, stop or pause the flash.
Click the <-Back button on your browser tool bar to return to this page and begin a different session.
How Often to Use Repeat these sessions as often as you can, try to complete at least 1-2 sessions daily per week for at least 3 weeks. Then use as often as you'd like.
